Joseph is trained in both Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine, board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
He has been meeting the needs of the disabled in eastern Connecticut for over 30 years. Dr. O’Keefe’s practice is limited to rehabilitation of acute and chronic neurologic problems.
