Kathleen Eagle | APRN

Throughout her career Kathleen has worked with individuals to help them improve their health. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Central Connecticut State University and co-owned an exercise and physical therapy facility for almost 10 years. She then continued her education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from UCONN and used her combination of nursing and health promotion education to work with patients on diabetes and cardiovascular disease prevention programs for underserved populations, exercise programs for patients with Parkinson’s disease, and various other community health and home healthcare programs. In March 2021, Kathleen graduated from Simmons University with her Master of Science degree in Nursing and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family practice.  Kathleen was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing during her undergraduate nursing studies at UCONN and again during her graduate nursing studies at Simmons University. In her free time Kathleen enjoys working out and hiking with her family and two dogs.
